Dan's primary responsibility is the day-to-day management of both the Company and the Field. He works closely with our engineers and architects to ensure accuracy and integrity from the inception of a project. Dan is the number one point of contact for all subs and suppliers, scheduling each trade so that construction proceeds smoothly and unimpeded. He is responsible for reviewing and letting all contracts. Dan also serves as the liaison between clients, subcontractors and vendors.

Lucas takes care of all of the financial responsibilities inside of Commonwealth Housing. He gathers and processes bids, works to help create the budgets, handles all accounts payable and account receivable. He is also responsible for coordinating and collecting construction draws.

Deborah works closely with clients on their architectural conception and space design. She works with purchasers on their interior selections and allowances. As a Design Specialist, she coordinates selection meetings between vendors and clients and is available to serve you as a "Personal Shopper".
